Warranty & Peace Of Mind

Our full-arch implant systems are designed for long-term strength, comfort, and reliability. To give you complete confidence in your treatment, we provide a clear and transparent warranty on both the biological and mechanical elements of your care.

3 Years

Biological Warranty

For three years from the date your final prosthesis is fitted, revision implant surgery is provided at no cost if an implant fails due to biological or mechanical reasons provided warranty conditions are met.

What's covered
  • Removal or replacement of the failed implant
  • Necessary revision surgery
  • Required adaptations to your final prosthesis

Revision surgery is carried out only where clinically appropriate and in your best interests. If revision is unsuitable, alternative treatment options will be discussed with you.

3 / 5 Years

Mechanical Warranty

For 3–5 years from the date your final prosthesis is fitted, we will repair or replace — free of charge — any mechanical failure of the covered structural elements.

What's covered
  • Titanium bar / framework
  • Implant connections
  • Structural mechanical elements of the prosthesis
Not covered
  • Day-to-day wear and tear
  • Cosmetic changes over time
  • PMMA / veneer fractures caused by excessive force
  • Damage from trauma or accidents
  • Aesthetic revisions after final prosthesis approval

Repairs or replacements outside these conditions may be chargeable.

All warranty coverage is subject to maintaining your agreed care and maintenance schedule. Patients must be fully motivated to maintain their implant systems to a high standard to qualify for warranty protection.
