Dear valued patient,
We sent you a letter last month to inform you of the decision to move away from the NHS and stop providing NHS services.
We cannot thank our patients enough for their support and words of encouragement.
We have had a wonderful response and hundreds of patients have joined our membership plan, for this we are very grateful.
We are now close to full capacity and would like to inform you that we will now be archiving your records in the next few weeks should you not wish to join our membership.

What happens if we do not hear from you
If we don’t hear back from you, we regretfully will need to remove your details from our system, making way for other patients who wish to join. This is not an outcome we desire, but with limited Membership spaces remaining, we need to ensure those genuinely interested can secure their spot.
